What we do

Building work that doesn't stop the plant.

Industrial construction in the GTA is a different beast. The building is bigger, the trades are different (heavy electrical, sprinkler, dock equipment, racking, mezzanines), and the operations cannot stop. A distribution centre that loses a loading dock for a week loses serious money. A food-grade plant that loses sanitation cover loses inspections. The work has to happen around the operation — overnight, on weekends, in surgical phases.

We've done warehouse expansions, manufacturing facility office additions, racking installs, dock leveler replacements, fire-rated assembly upgrades, sprinkler system additions, and AODA-compliant barrier-free pathway work — all in active facilities. The skill is sequencing the work so the plant runs through it without interruption.

How we work

Plant up, work happening.

Industrial construction is sequencing first, building second.

STEP / 01
Operations interview
Before we price, we walk the plant with the facility manager. What zones can be shut down. What hours. What products are in production. What's the busy season. Our schedule is built backwards from the plant's calendar.
STEP / 02
Phasing plan
Work is phased to keep production lines, dock operations and fire-protection systems live throughout. Temporary protection, redirected paths, alternate egress signed off by the local fire authority where needed.
STEP / 03
Build
Heavy trades scheduled for off-hours where required — concrete pours, dock work, fire system changeovers, electrical shutdowns. Daily plant-management briefings. Same-day clean-up to operating condition.
STEP / 04
Commission & certify
Inspection certificates filed with the AHJ. TSSA where applicable. Operations training delivered to the maintenance team. As-builts handed over with the warranty package.
